guess my Mommy instincts were wrong. Went to see the doctor on Friday and he said that "The second ear I looked in was redder than the first, so I guess it is an ear infection" Didn't really convince me, but we've been giving the antibiotics anyways. He does seem more himself today. He's actually eaten 2 yogurts. Hopefully he'll sleep better tonight.
